DEPOSITS

A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. THE DEPOSIT MUST BE ACCEPTED AND CONFIRMED PRIOR TO YOUR SERVICE DATE. THIS DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS THE SERVICE TOTAL. 

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SEND THE DEPOSIT IMMEDIATELY AS I NO LONGER PUT A HOLD ON APPOINTMENT SLOTS. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE SPOT IS NOT BOOKED UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. IF THE APPOINTMENT TIME IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE, I AM HAPPY TO FIND A NEW TIME FOR YOU. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL NOT BE SENT BACK IF THE REQUESTED OPENING HAS BEEN FILLED.

COVID-19

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. AS MUCH AS I LOVE TO CHAT, IT NEEDS TO BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM SINCE I AM WORKING VERY CLOSE TO YOUR FACE. THE MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES THROUGHOUT THE APPOINTMENT. 

IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK OR HAVE/HAD COVID-19 SYMPTOMS WITHIN THE LAST 10 DAYS, PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXPOSED TO ANYONE WHO HAS HAD COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR COVID-19 WITHIN THE LAST 10 DAYS PLEASE RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

IF YOU ARE EARLY, PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE COMING IN. PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR CAR UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. I WILL MESSAGE YOU WHEN I AM DONE SANITIZING/STERILIZING MY SPACE FOR YOU.

NO SHOWS/LATE CANCELLATION & FEE

PLEASE BE ADVISED I HAVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD FOR APPOINTMENTS. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, I WILL DO MY BEST TO FILL ALL OF YOUR LASHES WITH THE TIME REMAINING, BUT WITH THAT BEING SAID, YOU MAY NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT SOONER THAN 2 WEEKS TO INSURE YOU ARE BEING CHARGED PROPERLY FOR YOUR NEXT SERVICE.

IF YOU CANCEL WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE, YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY A FEE TO BOOK AGAIN. THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND DOES NOT GO TOWARDS A FUTURE BOOKING. IT IS THERE TO PAY FOR THE TIME THAT WAS SET ASIDE BY THE TECHNICIAN FOR THE MISSED APPOINTMENT. THIS IS TO INSURE THAT MY TIME IS BEING VALUED AND MY CLIENTS HAVE A FAIR CHANCE TO BOOK WITH ME. 

CLIENTS WHO CANCEL CONSISTENTLY, NO-SHOW OR GIVE NO REASONABLE NOTICE WILL BE ASKED TO PAY A DEPOSIT FOR ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. 

OTHER POLICIES

PLEASE SHOW UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN LASHES. NO MAKE-UP RESIDUE, MOISTURIZER, OR OIL SHOULD BE ON YOUR SKIN SHOWING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF FAILED TO DO SO, A $10 LASH BATH CHARGE WILL BE ADDED AT THE END OF YOUR SERVICE. 

PLEASE ARRIVE WITH NO CONTACT LENSES. PLEASE BRING YOUR GLASSES TO YOUR APPOINTMENT AS YOU CANNOT HAVE CONTACTS IN DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT. 

IF YOU HAVE ANY POTENTIAL ALLERGIES TO LATEX, PLEASE NOTIFY ME PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SO WE CAN DO A PATCH TEST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU SHOULD NOT BE EXPERIENCING ANY PAIN FOR DISCOMFORT. IF YOU START FEELING ANY PAIN OR DISCOMFORT, NOTIFY ME ASAP. 

THE DURATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE BETWEEN 60-180 MINUTES. THE DURATION OF THE APPOINTMENT DEPENDS ON THE SERVICE AND ALSO THE AMOUNT OF LASHES YOU HAVE. I WILL DO MY BEST TO LASH ALMOST EVERY NATURAL LASH AND THERE IS ABOUT 90-150 LASHES PER EYE. 

IF A CLIENT HAS A LOSS OF LASH EXTENSIONS OR EXCESSIVE SHEDDING 24-48 HOURS AFTER A SERVICE, A FREE TOUCH-UP MAY APPLY. ONLY IF PROPER LASH AFTERCARE WAS FOLLOWED THROUGHLY.
